Practice Area Associate — Litigation (Employment)

Seeking an experienced litigation associate to join a U.S. employment practice across multiple offices. The role focuses on counseling and defending employers on a broad range of employment matters and conducting or supporting sensitive workplace investigations.

Ideal candidates will have at least four years of employment-law experience at a law firm or relevant government agency, with substantive work on management-side matters such as terminations, restrictive covenants, investigations, and employment-related litigation.

• Minimum 4 years' post-qualification experience in a law firm employment group or relevant government agency (management-side experience preferred)
• Substantive experience drafting and negotiating employment and separation agreements, restrictive covenants, and severance arrangements
• Experience conducting or supporting internal workplace investigations and defending discrimination or other employment litigation
• Strong knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills; ability to work across practice groups (e.g., executive compensation, IP)
