National law firm is seeking a Section 337 Litigation Associate to join its Intellectual Property team. This is an open role across multiple U.S. offices, including a virtual-office option, supporting ITC-focused patent and trade litigation matters within the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation practice group.

The role is focused on U.S. International Trade Commission (Section 337) litigation: pursuing and defending ITC investigations, advising on domestic industry, remedies and enforcement, and applying the Commission’s Rules of Practice and Procedure. The team values strong litigation judgment, the ability to manage multiple matters under pressure, and clear strategic and written advocacy.

Applicants should be proactive, collegial, and committed to contributing to a diverse and inclusive practice. Candidates will work closely with senior litigators and be expected to help develop case strategy and client-facing litigation work.

  • 3–6 years of litigation experience (PQE) with substantive Section 337/ITC exposure
  • Participation in at least two Section 337 ITC matters preferred
  • Familiarity with ITC-specific issues (domestic industry, remedies, enforcement) and the Commission’s Rules of Practice and Procedure
  • Knowledge of IP and patent litigation; technical background not required
  • Active bar admission in the office state or commitment to obtain admission promptly
