We're seeking a mid-level securities litigation associate to join a busy business and securities litigation team in the Palo Alto office. The role focuses on defending and managing securities class actions, shareholder derivative matters, and related corporate-governance disputes for U.S. and international clients.

The successful candidate will work on high-stakes federal court litigation: drafting dispositive and motion-to-dismiss pleadings, managing discovery, supervising junior lawyers and professional staff, and contributing to strategy across a range of securities disputes.

4–6 years of litigation experience at a comparable law firm, with substantial securities litigation exposure
Significant experience with securities class actions, shareholder derivative actions, and securities-related motions to dismiss
Strong drafting skills and federal court litigation experience; federal judicial clerkship a plus
Experience supervising junior associates and professional staff and handling multiple high-level matters
Current admission to the California bar and strong academic credentials
