This is a permanent, full-time role with flexible and hybrid working options. You will manage transactions, draft and negotiate documents, conduct due diligence, and have opportunities to supervise junior lawyers and contribute to business development.

- Qualified lawyer admitted in Australia (eligible to practise in relevant jurisdiction)
- Experience in M&A or large corporate transactions; exposure to other corporate areas is desirable
- Track record of document drafting, due diligence, matter management and negotiating with clients
- Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor junior lawyers and contribute to business development
