Apply in confidence →Our client is a premier global law firm with more than 4,000 lawyers across 58 offices worldwide. The Perth corporate, M&A and securities group is seeking a senior associate (4+ years PQE) to join their high-performing team.
In this role, you will work on complex, high-value domestic and cross-border matters for leading corporations and financial institutions, with a particular focus on the resources and energy sectors. You will gain front-line exposure to public and private M&A, equity capital markets transactions (including IPOs and secondary raisings), corporate governance, restructurings, joint ventures and shareholder arrangements. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior lawyers and contribute strategically to client engagements.
We are looking for a commercially astute lawyer with excellent drafting and communication skills, a sharp eye for risk and detail, and the confidence to advise on sophisticated transactions. Experience advising public companies and working with ASX Listing Rules is desirable but not essential.

- 4+ years' PQE in corporate and commercial law, gained at a top-tier or major firm
- Experience with public and private M&A, equity capital markets, joint ventures and corporate governance matters
- Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills
- Commercial instinct and confidence to advise on complex, high-value transactions
- Ability to build trusted client relationships and contribute strategically
- Experience advising public companies and working with ASX Listing Rules (desirable)
