A well-regarded national law firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its financial services/finance & banking team in Melbourne. The role sits within a collegiate corporate practice and offers exposure to a range of financing matters for commercial and institutional clients.

The successful candidate will work on lending and debt finance transactions, support senior lawyers on deal execution, and contribute to client engagement and business development activities. The team is collaborative and looks for lawyers who can manage files, mentor junior staff, and deliver high-quality commercial advice.

• Admitted lawyer in Australia with solid experience in finance & banking matters
• Proven experience on lending/debt finance transactions and drafting facility documentation
• Strong commercial, drafting and negotiation skills; comfortable managing files and client relationships
