Join a firm-wide Knowledge & Legal Engineering team to shape how generative AI and agentic technologies are applied across legal practice. This role drives adoption of AI tools, designs practical use cases, and works closely with practice groups to integrate AI into day-to-day workflows.

You will act as the key internal advisor on AI best practice, develop and deliver training for lawyers at all levels, upskill designated AI Champions, and bridge feedback between legal teams and technical/product teams to refine solutions and agentic workflows.

Expect to keep pace with developments in legal AI, contribute to industry-facing events and internal thought leadership, and support the firm’s broader generative AI strategy and governance initiatives.

Qualified lawyer with substantial experience working in a legal environment.
Minimum two years’ experience in legal technology, innovation, or a similar role within a law firm or legal department.
Strong understanding of generative AI technologies, agentic tools, and associated legal risks and limitations.
Proven ability to design and deliver training and translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Excellent stakeholder management and project management skills, with experience running multiple initiatives.
