Solicitor — Project & Structured Finance, Sydney

A solicitor role within a top-tier project and structured finance team, working on large-scale infrastructure, energy and complex financing transactions. The role offers hands-on transactional work, direct partner exposure and the chance to deepen technical capability across deal structuring and execution.

You will work across both lender and sponsor-side mandates, supporting matters from early-stage structuring through to closing, including acquisitions, refinancings and new financings for major projects and infrastructure assets.

• 2–4 years PQE in banking & finance, ideally with project or structured finance experience
• Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
• Commercial judgement and an interest in project funding and structures
• Motivated to build a long-term career in project and structured finance
