An opportunity for a 0–3 PQE Solicitor to join a busy property litigation team in Bristol with a focus on telecoms-related real estate disputes. The role offers exposure to both contentious and transactional aspects of commercial real estate and collaboration with colleagues across the firm on UK-wide matters.

Typical instructions include telecoms disputes, landlord and tenant matters, dilapidations, possession claims, service charge disputes and arrears recovery. The team offers structured support and training, with scope to take on greater supervisory responsibility as experience grows.

0–3 PQE qualified solicitor with a strong academic background
Experience in commercial landlord & tenant or commercial/civil litigation (property litigation experience desirable but not essential)
Ability to give clear, commercial advice and manage key dates and trackers
Comfortable working to client protocols and handling a varied caseload with appropriate supervision
Familiarity with case management software or client portals is beneficial
Any telecoms real estate experience would be useful; full training will be provided
Willingness to contribute to team business development (articles, events, client training)
