Opportunity for a 0-3 PQE Solicitor to join a busy Bristol real estate team with a primary focus on telecoms-related property litigation. The role offers exposure to nationwide instructions and collaboration with real estate colleagues across the UK.

The team handles the full spectrum of contentious and transactional commercial real estate matters, including telecoms, development, investment, asset management, construction and landlord & tenant disputes. The environment is collaborative, with an emphasis on support, development and internal networking.

0-3 PQE admitted solicitor with a strong academic background
Experience in commercial landlord & tenant disputes preferred; candidates with commercial/civil litigation experience who want to move into property litigation are encouraged to apply
Comfortable delivering concise, commercially focused advice and managing key dates/trackers
Experience handling varied workloads under appropriate supervision; some exposure to client portals and case-management systems desirable
Any telecoms-related property experience (landowner or operator side) advantageous; full training will be provided
Willingness to support team marketing and business development activities (articles, events, training)
