Staff Attorney — Business Restructuring & Reorganization, Cleveland

Leading international law firm seeking a Staff Attorney to join its Business Restructuring & Reorganization practice in Cleveland. This is a firmwide, non-partner track role supporting bankruptcy and restructuring representations across offices, with a focus on company-side Chapter 11 matters, out-of-court restructurings, and distressed acquisitions.

Responsibilities include coordinating and preparing court disclosures and retention filings, supporting the intake/coordination of new matters, and contributing to legal research, drafting, and practice publications on bankruptcy and restructuring topics. The role requires strong writing, organization, and time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.

• 4–6 years post-qualification experience in bankruptcy/restructuring work
• Experience supporting Chapter 11 proceedings, out-of-court restructurings, and distressed acquisitions (company-side focus preferred)
• Member in good standing of the Ohio Bar
• Strong legal research and writing skills, excellent organization and time-management, ability to work under pressure
