Growing tax practice in Los Angeles is seeking associates from law school class years 2020–2023 to join a high‑profile transactional tax team. The group advises on tax aspects of private equity and strategic M&A, capital markets transactions (including spin‑offs and IPOs), investment fund formation, and real estate/REIT matters.

Successful candidates will draft and research complex tax issues, work on cross‑disciplinary deal teams, and interact directly with clients. The team values strong oral‑presentation skills and encourages public speaking and participation at national tax conferences. In‑office collaboration and strong interpersonal abilities are essential.

Law school graduation in class years 2020–2023
Demonstrable understanding of technical tax law, with strong research and writing skills
Experience on private equity M&A, capital markets (spin‑offs, IPOs), fund formation, and/or real estate/REIT matters
Outstanding oral communication, analytical ability, and top academic credentials
Enthusiasm for client interaction, public speaking, and in‑office collaboration
