Tax Associate — Tax (3-5 years PQE)

Seeking a mid-level tax associate to join a national tax practice. The role involves advising on a mix of mergers & acquisitions, capital markets and cross-border / international transactions, working across multiple concurrent matters for corporate clients.

Positions are open in multiple U.S. offices (including Chicago, Colorado, New York, Palo Alto, San Diego, Santa Monica and Washington, DC). The team offers a full range of firm benefits and a competitive salary range consistent with experience and office location.

• 3-5 years of tax experience advising on M&A, capital markets and/or international transactions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to manage several ongoing matters
• Excellent client-relations and communication skills
• High academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school; LL.M. preferred but not required
