Mid-level tax lawyer/juriste to join a structured regional tax practice in Rouen. The role covers corporate and patrimonial tax work across audits, restructurings, M&A support and regular group tax matters.

Day-to-day responsibilities include tax audits and compliance reviews, high‑level structuring and reorganisations (apports, fusions, opérations de haut de bilan), VAT and intra‑group flow issues including transfer pricing, and advising on tax aspects of transactions and corporate strategy. The position also advises on personal tax and wealth structuring for managers and shareholders.

3–5 years' PQE in French corporate and/or tax practice
Proven experience in corporate tax, M&A-related restructurings and tax audits
Familiarity with VAT, intra‑group flows and transfer pricing issues
Experience in tax litigation or assistance with tax audits is a plus
Fluency in French (working language) and strong written drafting skills
