Leading global law firm is seeking a Tax Partner to join its Minneapolis office. The role will focus on advising closely held businesses and high-net-worth individuals on federal and state tax matters, with opportunities to work on cross-border and transactional tax issues alongside the firm’s national tax practice.

The practice offers responsibility for originating and growing a tax practice in the region, mentoring junior lawyers, and collaborating with specialists across offices. This is a partner-level role for a lawyer with an established tax practice who is comfortable managing client relationships and developing new business.

Established tax partner with substantial experience in federal and state tax matters
Proven client development and relationship-management skills; portable practice preferred
Experience supervising and mentoring associates and support staff
Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s)
