The successful candidate will join an established national practice with capacity for cross-office collaboration and a focus on commercial technology work, including software agreements, outsourcing, SaaS, and related advisory matters. Flexible UK office location options are available.

Established partner-level experience in technology/commercial technology law.
Proven track record advising on software, SaaS, outsourcing, licensing or digital transformation matters.
Experience leading teams and originating or developing client relationships.
Qualified to practise in the relevant UK jurisdiction and able to work across multiple offices.
