Toxic Tort Attorney — Litigation — Irvine

National law firm seeks a Toxic Tort Attorney to join its Orange County litigation team handling asbestos, silica and general liability matters. The role involves all phases of litigation with an emphasis on managing asbestos and silica dockets; candidates may have some remote flexibility depending on needs.

The team provides client-focused defense work in toxic tort and general liability litigation across multiple jurisdictions. This is an opportunity to work on complex litigation files with substantial client contact and to contribute to a busy practice group.

• Minimum 2 years' litigation experience, ideally in asbestos, silica and/or general liability defense
• Licensed and admitted to practice in California
• Experience managing cases through all phases of litigation (discovery, motion practice, depositions, trial preparation)
• Strong writing, legal research and communication skills
• Comfortable with significant client contact and working in a fast-paced environment
