A vision that started in Italy
Sartori & Partners was born from the vision of Lorenzo Sartori, an ambitious headhunter from Italy with an innovative and global mindset. In early 2017, Lorenzo opened a boutique headhunting firm that quickly earned a reputation for solving complex recruiting projects with elegance, restraint, and strategic clarity. From the outset, he aimed to craft not just a headhunting firm, but a name that would resonate with distinction across borders.

As our reputation grew, so did our global reach. By 2019, Sartori & Partners had expanded beyond Italy, establishing an international network in Brussels, followed by strategic expansion in Dubai and Riyadh. At every step, we have remained guided by a singular philosophy: to bring excellence and integrity wherever we go, blending local fluency with cross-border sophistication.

The firm was founded in early 2017 by Lorenzo Sartori, a headhunter from Italy. It began as a boutique headhunting practice and expanded internationally — to Brussels in 2019, then Dubai and Riyadh — before establishing US hubs in New York, California and Texas.
