Senior associate role in a busy Amsterdam patent litigation team within a large international firm. The team handles complex, cross-border patent disputes across sectors including Life Sciences and TMT and plays an active role in Unified Patent Court (UPC) litigation.

The position offers regular collaboration with international colleagues, significant courtroom and advisory work, and an opportunity to take a visible role in growing the local patent practice.

3–6 years' post-qualification experience in patent litigation or related IP litigation
Proven litigation experience and comfort working on complex, cross-border matters
Strong analytical skills, commercial awareness and an interest in technology and life sciences matters
