M&A Associate — Corporate (Houston)

Mid-level associate opportunity in a busy corporate/M&A and private equity group based in Houston. The role focuses on mergers & acquisitions, private equity transactions and general corporate work across a range of industries.

Ideal candidates will have 4–5 years of transactional experience, strong academic credentials and enjoy a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Prior experience at a large national or AmLaw 100-caliber firm is preferred.

• Juris Doctor (or equivalent) and active bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
• 4–5 years’ transactional experience in M&A, private equity and general corporate matters
• Demonstrated experience at a large law firm or similar high-volume transactional practice preferred
• Strong academic record, excellent drafting and deal-management skills, and a collegial team approach
