Growing real estate team in the Wilmington office is seeking a transactional associate with broad commercial real estate experience across the asset lifecycle, including acquisitions, financing, joint ventures, development, leasing, title, and dispositions. The role will work with a team advising developers, owners and real estate investment sponsors on sophisticated transactions.

Ideal candidates will handle a variety of matters across asset classes and will be comfortable drafting and negotiating purchase and sale documents, leases, financing and closing documents, conducting title review and due diligence, and supporting development and JV structuring.

This is an on-site office role in a professional law firm environment. The firm is not able to provide sponsorship; candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Juris Doctor (JD) and active admission to the Delaware bar.
Approximately 3–5 years of commercial real estate transactional experience.
Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing/closing documents, title review and due diligence.
Strong drafting, negotiation, writing, communication and project-management skills; ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines.
