Growing Labor & Employment group in a major national practice seeks a mid-level associate (3–5 years PQE) to join its San Francisco office. The role involves counseling and defending employers on a broad range of workplace issues and litigation.

Work will include handling individual and class/collective wage-and-hour matters, employment discrimination, harassment and retaliation claims, leave and accommodation issues, personnel policies, and employment agreements. The team regularly tries cases and handles complex litigation matters.

Applicants should be prepared to take ownership of assignments, work collaboratively across a national practice, and contribute to both litigation and counseling engagements.

3–5 years’ experience in U.S. labor & employment law (PQE)
Experience representing employers on both individual and class/collective matters, including wage & hour and discrimination claims
Strong writing, analytical and interpersonal skills; attention to detail
Admitted and in good standing with the California State Bar
