Our Americas Employment & Compensation practice group advises US-based multinational clients on domestic and cross-border employment and labor law matters. The work spans expansion into new jurisdictions, deploying and managing a global workforce, and employment issues arising in M&A and restructuring.

We are seeking an associate with up to three years of experience to join the global employment and labor law team. The role focuses on advising multinational clients on US and cross-border employment issues, including transactional matters, and involves leading cross-border and multi-disciplinary projects with commercially practical support for clients' global operations.

The group translates the international landscape for in-house counsel and managers with global responsibilities, and the successful candidate will work closely with culturally diverse team members across offices.

Up to 3 years of experience, preferably in an employment practice at a top-tier law firm
Employment counseling experience, transactional experience, and a background in international employment law
Strong academic credentials from a top law school
Excellent communication, analytical, and writing skills
Ability to function smoothly in a global team environment with culturally diverse colleagues
Admitted and in good standing with the Bar in the state of employment
