The practice represents innovative companies and their founders throughout the lifecycle—from formation and financing transactions to mergers and acquisitions—as well as the funds that invest in them. Clients range from newly formed startups to multi-billion dollar technology market leaders.

This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with experienced practitioners on sophisticated, national and global matters in a collegial office environment. The role is open to candidates in the San Francisco or Palo Alto office.

Minimum of four years of experience, preferably at a comparable law firm
Experience advising clients on venture financings, corporate governance, and regulatory strategy relating to AI, Web3, blockchain, crypto, metaverse, and other frontier technologies preferred
Stellar academic credentials and references
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to effectively manage internal and external client and counsel relationships
California bar admission required
