Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting pleadings, motions and briefs; managing written discovery; performing legal research; and supporting depositions and other phases of litigation. The position involves collaborating with technical experts and advising clients across a range of industries on complex technology issues.

2–5 years of patent litigation experience in U.S. federal district courts (pleadings, motions, discovery)

Admission to the state bar of the office applied to or eligibility for admission by waiver; excellent academic record and strong writing, organizational and analytical skills
