Apply in confidence →National U.S. practice seeking a mid-level patent litigation associate to join a multi-office intellectual property team. The role is open across several U.S. offices and focuses on patent disputes in federal courts.
Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting pleadings, motions and briefs; managing written discovery; performing legal research; and supporting depositions and other phases of litigation. The position involves collaborating with technical experts and advising clients across a range of industries on complex technology issues.

- 2–5 years of patent litigation experience in U.S. federal district courts (pleadings, motions, discovery)
- Undergraduate or advanced degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or a closely related technical field
- Hands-on coding experience in modern programming languages strongly preferred; ability to work with complex technologies
- Admission to the state bar of the office applied to or eligibility for admission by waiver; excellent academic record and strong writing, organizational and analytical skills
