Seeking a 2–4 year litigation associate to join a busy Fort Lauderdale litigation team handling complex commercial disputes in state and federal court. The role offers substantive courtroom and case-management responsibility on matters such as corporate, financial institution, real estate, construction and securities-related disputes, including class action defense.

Day-to-day work includes managing all phases of litigation (motion practice, discovery and e-discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations and trials), drafting substantive pleadings and motions, working with expert witnesses, and developing case strategy with clients and senior litigators.

This is a full-time, office-based role in South Florida that combines high-caliber, nationally significant work with a collaborative team environment and opportunities for cross-office collaboration.

2–4 years of litigation experience at a law firm or combination of clerkship + firm experience
Experience in complex commercial litigation; class action and securities experience a plus
Proven research, drafting and oral advocacy skills; experience in federal and state court
Admission to the Florida Bar (or eligibility for prompt admission)
Ability to manage multiple matters, work independently and collaboratively, and provide client-focused, strategic advice
Federal judicial clerkship experience preferred
