Admission to the Florida Bar
6–8+ years of corporate transactional experience with a strong focus on M&A at a leading law firm
Proven ability to manage transactions independently and lead deal teams
Excellent communication, client-management, and mentoring skills
Significant experience with cross-border or multi-jurisdictional transactions preferred
