Seeking a junior corporate associate (2–4 years PQE) to join a busy M&A and private equity team in Fort Lauderdale. The role involves drafting, negotiating and closing acquisition and ancillary agreements across domestic and cross-border transactions for clients in a range of industries.

Typical responsibilities include leading due diligence workstreams, coordinating internal and external specialists (tax, benefits, real estate), preparing closing deliverables, and interfacing with clients on transaction matters. Work will span private equity and strategic M&A deals and may involve rep-and-warranty insurance and other sophisticated deal structures.

J.D. from an accredited law school
Admission to the Florida Bar or willingness to become admitted promptly
2–4 years of M&A, private equity and general corporate experience at a national or regional law firm
