Senior Corporate M&A Associate — Corporate

Seeking a senior corporate associate (6–8+ years) to join a busy M&A team in Florida with options in Tampa or Fort Lauderdale. The role focuses on leading and executing complex M&A and private equity transactions for clients across a range of industries, including cross-border matters.

Day-to-day responsibilities include leading deal teams from diligence through closing, drafting and negotiating principal transaction documents, coordinating with tax, regulatory and finance specialists, and managing post-closing matters. The position also involves mentoring junior lawyers and serving as a primary client contact on strategic issues.

This is a full-time, office-based role with opportunities to collaborate across a multi-office international platform and to work on sophisticated, market-facing transactional matters.

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the Florida Bar
• 6–8+ years of corporate transactional experience with a primary focus on M&A
• Proven ability to manage complex transactions independently and lead deal teams
• Strong drafting, negotiation, client management and leadership skills
• Experience with cross-border transactions and private equity-backed deals preferred
