Join a specialist catastrophic personal injury and large loss team acting for insurers and self-insured commercial clients on complex, high-value and sensitive claims. The role involves liability investigations, coverage work, quantum assessment across multi-track matters and handling a varied caseload including motor, EL/PL, equestrian and cross-border claims.

You will work in a collaborative, flexible team supporting experienced lawyers while developing your own client relationships. Responsibilities include running files, taking witness statements, reviewing medical evidence, liaising with clients, meeting court timetables and contributing to business development and technical excellence within the casualty/insurance group.

2-5 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in personal injury litigation, with experience of catastrophic personal injury or large loss matters
Practical experience of case and file management: investigations, witness statements, medical record review and court procedure (CCMCs, interlocutory steps)
Client-focused with experience working for insurer or self-insured commercial clients and meeting SLAs/MI requirements
Strong written and oral advocacy skills, comfortable handling complex and high-value claims and contributing to business development
