Labor & Employment Associate — Sacramento

Growing Labor & Employment team seeks a junior to mid-level associate (2–4 years' post-qualification experience) to handle employment litigation and counseling matters for employers. The role includes individual and class-action employment litigation, wage-and-hour work, discrimination and harassment matters, leaves and accommodations, personnel policies, and employment agreements.

Successful candidates will join a national practice serving clients across industries, work collaboratively with experienced practitioners, and receive competitive compensation and benefits. Applicants should be prepared to submit a resume, cover letter, law school transcript, and writing sample.

• 2–4 years' relevant experience (litigation experience preferred)
• Member in good standing of the California State Bar
• Experience with wage-and-hour and employment litigation a plus
