A nationally recognized Labor & Employment practice group is seeking a mid-level Labor Management Relations Associate to join its West Coast offices. This role sits within a consistently ranked team handling sophisticated traditional labor law matters.

Working alongside senior attorneys, you will engage in interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking cases with opportunities for meaningful responsibility and professional growth.

2–6 years of traditional labor law experience
Experience with litigation of unfair labor practice charges or grievances in labor arbitration, advising on labor law matters, researching labor law issues, and/or collective bargaining
Case law research, brief and motion drafting
Employment law background or basic familiarity is a plus (not required)
Excellent academic credentials and a solid work ethic
Stellar analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
Experience with federal rules (trial or appellate) and NLRB rules is a plus
Admission to the California or Washington Bars, or the ability to waive in
