Experienced labor & employment associate role on a busy Sacramento practice team. You will handle a mix of employment litigation, counseling, and preventive advice for employers across a range of industries, working on both individual and class/collective matters.

The team offers collaborative work with senior practitioners, regular courtroom and administrative agency appearances, and opportunities to develop a practice advising on workplace policies, investigations, and compliance. The position provides exposure to high-volume client matters and career development through partner mentorship and firm training programs.

3–7 years' post-qualification experience in labor & employment law (litigation and/or counseling)
Admission to the California bar (or ability to waive/obtain admission)
Demonstrated experience with employment litigation, administrative proceedings, and workplace counseling
Strong drafting, client-facing, and oral advocacy skills; ability to manage heavy docket and client deadlines
