Established international law firm seeks a mid‑to‑senior level Litigation Associate for its Sacramento office. The role offers broad exposure to complex civil litigation matters in state and federal courts, including dispositive motions, class actions and appellate work.

The successful candidate will draft and research high‑level briefs, participate in motion practice and appeals, take and defend depositions, assist with trial preparation, and supervise junior attorneys. Strong writing, strategic analysis and case management skills are essential.

3–6 years post‑qualification litigation experience
Extensive experience researching and drafting briefs on complex litigation matters (motions to dismiss, summary judgment, class certification, writs and appeals)
Track record of arguing motions and taking/defending depositions
Trial preparation experience and strong case management skills
Experience mentoring or supervising junior associates
Excellent legal writing and analytical abilities
Law Review experience preferred; must be in good standing with the California State Bar
