Fast-growing national litigation practice seeks California-licensed attorneys to handle habitability and unlawful detainer matters. You will join an experienced trial team handling high-volume and high-stakes landlord/tenant litigation, with opportunities for courtroom work and complex motion practice.

The role is based in Sacramento and requires residency and an active California law license. The team offers flexible work arrangements and a broad platform of resources, with competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

  • Active California bar license and residency in California
  • Minimum 2 years' litigation experience with emphasis on habitability/unlawful detainer matters
  • Strong litigation skills including motion drafting, trial preparation, and courtroom advocacy
  • Excellent legal writing, research, and persuasive oral communication skills
  • Self-starter who works well on a team and can manage assignments with limited supervision
