Professional Liability Attorney — Healthcare, Sacramento

Seeking a licensed California attorney to join a national healthcare professional liability team defending medical malpractice and related professional-liability matters. The role offers exposure to complex healthcare facility litigation and collaboration with a national group of litigators.

This position is open to candidates with early litigation experience who will receive training and work under experienced trial counsel. Remote work/alternative arrangements may be available for candidates based in the U.S.; candidates must hold an active California bar license.

• 2–4 years of litigation experience, preferably in medical malpractice or healthcare professional liability
• Active admission to the California bar
• Strong legal research, drafting, and oral advocacy skills
• Proven ability to work collaboratively on a team and handle assignments with limited supervision
