A national law firm is seeking professional liability attorneys for its Sacramento office, with the possibility of a fully remote arrangement. The role offers immediate responsibility and the chance to join a collaborative national litigation team.

The position is open to near entry-level attorneys with some litigation experience, including those with at least two to four years focused on medical malpractice and professional liability matters. You will be trained to defend complex, high-exposure healthcare facility matters under the direction of an experienced trial attorney who represents clients nationwide.

Candidates may work from anywhere in the U.S. but must be licensed in California.
