Apply in confidence →Top-tier US practice seeks a mid‑to‑senior associate to join its Structured Finance & Derivatives team. The role is open in multiple US offices (including Chicago and New York) and involves work on structured products, asset securitizations and related finance matters.
Teams are cross-office and leanly staffed, giving associates significant responsibility and partner/client exposure. The group also handles matters touching on bankruptcy, tax, securities, real estate and financial institutions regulation.
- Minimum of 3 years' relevant legal experience in structured finance/derivatives (mid‑ to senior‑associate level)
- Experience with securitization and structured products
- Familiarity with related areas such as bankruptcy, tax, securities or financial‑institution regulation preferred
- Licensed, or eligible to be licensed, to practice in the US jurisdiction of the office you apply to
