Associate — Real Estate (Corporate)

Leading national practice is seeking a real estate associate to join its transactional team in one of several U.S. offices. The role focuses on sophisticated commercial real estate work across acquisitions and dispositions, financings, joint ventures, leasing and development.

Associates will draft, review and negotiate transaction documents, manage due diligence and closings, and advise on deal structure, risk allocation and transaction strategy. Multiple office locations are available and the team handles complex, cross-border and multi-asset transactions.

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Admission in good standing in the hiring jurisdiction
• 3–5 years of real estate transactional experience (acquisitions, dispositions, finance, leasing, or development)
• Strong drafting, negotiation, organizational and communication skills; experience with title/survey review, zoning/condominium review and closing coordination
