An established national law firm is seeking a real estate associate with 3–6 years of transactional experience to join its California real estate practice. The role is centered on complex real estate and mixed-use development transactions, requiring significant drafting across multiple documents and the ability to carry intricate concepts through to execution.

This is a hands-on transactional position involving sophisticated development work. Candidates with backgrounds in mixed-use or residential development and/or hospitality are strongly preferred. The position is expected to be based in the firm's San Francisco office, though consideration may be given to qualified candidates interested in other California office locations.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-resourced real estate group handling complex development transactions on behalf of sophisticated clients.

3–6 years of transactional real estate and/or corporate experience
Demonstrated responsibility for complex real estate and/or corporate transactions
Strong complex transactional drafting skills, evidenced by a writing sample
Background in mixed-use or residential development and/or hospitality strongly preferred
Admission to the California Bar
Strong academic credentials and detailed, technically proficient writing ability
