A growing Real Estate practice is seeking a mid-level to senior associate to join its San Francisco office. The team handles a broad range and high volume of commercial real estate transactions, representing institutional equity investors and private equity real estate funds across all phases of the investment cycle, as well as sophisticated lending matters.

The role offers substantive responsibility across the full spectrum of commercial real estate work within a busy, collaborative practice. Candidates should bring experience across multiple areas of commercial real estate, with significant depth in acquisitions, dispositions, and financings. Joint venture experience is a plus.

At least 4 years of real estate experience
