A growing corporate practice is seeking an associate to join its San Francisco office, one of the firm's fastest-expanding locations in the Bay Area. The team advises leading companies, investors and entrepreneurs across technology, AI, life sciences, financial services and energy on high-profile mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and growth equity financings, public offerings and complex commercial transactions.

This is a hands-on role offering meaningful client exposure and deal responsibility from day one. The associate will support the firm's M&A, securities and venture capital practices, work alongside experienced partners and senior associates, and build lasting client relationships while helping shape the continued growth of the Bay Area presence.

2–4 years of transactional experience in M&A, securities, venture capital and/or private equity
Experience with private equity transactions is a plus
JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school
Admitted or eligible for admission in California
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Ability to collaborate and work effectively in team settings
