Associate, Finance (Latin America Practice)

Leading global finance team is seeking an associate to join its Latin America Practice. The group advises on cross-border financings, project finance and M&A matters for sponsors, multinationals, financial institutions and sovereign-related entities active in the region.

The role sits across the US Latin America platform with opportunities to work on complex, high-value transactions and cross-border matters. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in project finance and corporate transactions and an interest in Latin American markets.

• 3–5 years' experience in finance and corporate/M&A work, with project finance exposure preferred
• Strong transactional drafting and deal execution skills
• Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred
• Ability to work across US offices on cross-border matters
