Corporate Associate — San Diego

An established international law firm is seeking a mid-to-senior level Associate to join its Corporate practice in the San Diego office. The role focuses on transactional work across public and private M&A, with frequent exposure to venture capital and private equity matters.

The position offers significant responsibility on complex transactions, collaborative work across practice groups, and opportunities to work with a range of clients. The team values strong drafting, client-facing skills, and the ability to manage a busy, fast-paced workload.

• 4-6 years post-qualification experience in corporate transactions, with emphasis on public and private M&A, venture capital, and private equity.
• Proven experience drafting and negotiating acquisition agreements and related transaction documentation.
• Admitted to the California Bar.
• Strong academic record, excellent legal writing, and demonstrated interpersonal and team-working skills; ability to manage a demanding workload.
