Join a globally top-ranked Antitrust & Competition practice at a leading international law firm, advising multinational companies on their most complex competition matters. This role focuses on the transactional and merger control side of the practice, supporting clients through high-stakes domestic and cross-border deals.

You will work at the center of global merger and buyout activity, managing significant aspects of the antitrust review process for complex transactions. The caseload includes HSR filings, Second Requests, merger investigations, and Phase II proceedings, along with coordination with economists, clients, and deal teams.

As part of an integrated team that spans major jurisdictions worldwide, you will gain deep experience across every dimension of antitrust and competition law, with substantial client contact and responsibility from the outset.

Minimum of four years of antitrust and competition experience
Substantial merger control experience, including HSR filings, Second Requests, and merger investigations
Experience managing regulatory filings, agency investigations, and document productions
Strong coordination skills with economists, clients, and deal teams on complex domestic and cross-border transactions
