Litigation Associate — Los Angeles

Mid-level litigation associate role in a busy Los Angeles litigation practice. The position offers exposure to complex commercial disputes across a range of industries and the opportunity to work on matters with national and occasional international dimensions.

Work will include drafting pleadings and briefs, conducting legal research, managing traditional and electronic discovery, assisting with and taking depositions, and appearing in state and federal courts. The team collaborates with interdisciplinary groups across practice areas to develop practical solutions for clients.

• 3–5 years of commercial litigation experience at a mid-to-large firm
• Active membership and good standing with the California Bar
• Strong research, drafting and oral advocacy skills; experience preparing pleadings and briefs
• Experience managing e-discovery and traditional discovery; deposition experience preferred
• Federal clerkship a plus
