Apply in confidence →Our client, a leading international law firm, seeks litigation associates from law school classes 2017–2022 to join its Los Angeles and Century City offices. The role focuses on trial work and offers the opportunity to handle complex, high-stakes commercial disputes across a broad spectrum—including securities, class actions, antitrust, white-collar, entertainment, and trade secrets matters.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Top law school credentials and substantial complex litigation and trial experience.
- Direct experience examining or cross-examining witnesses at trial or in arbitration, whether from private practice or a government trial role.
- Backgrounds from a U.S. Attorney’s Office, state AG or district attorney’s office, or comparable government trial practice are especially welcome.
- District court or appellate court clerkship experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities include developing case strategy, researching and drafting dispositive and contested motions, taking and defending depositions, directing discovery and expert workup, and preparing and examining witnesses at trial, arbitration, and evidentiary hearings. More senior candidates will serve as senior members of trial teams, own the pretrial record, and supervise and develop junior associates.

- Clerkship experience preferred.
