Financial Services Litigation Associate (LA or SF)

A global law firm seeks a mid-level associate (4th–6th year) to join its financial services litigation practice in Los Angeles or San Francisco. The role focuses on representing broker-dealers and registered representatives in FINRA arbitrations, securities sales practices matters, and related proceedings.

Qualified candidates will have strong writing and interpersonal skills, experience conducting legal research and drafting briefs on sophisticated issues, and a demonstrated background in FINRA arbitration. Prior involvement in motion practice, deposition preparation (taking or defending), trial preparation, and case management—including written discovery, document review, and working with experts—is expected. Law review/journal or moot court experience is a plus.

Candidates must be admitted to the California State Bar in good standing; admission to the Northern, Eastern, Central, or Southern Districts of California is preferred but not required.
