A nationally prominent litigation practice is seeking a business litigation attorney with three to five years of significant experience to join its San Francisco office. The role sits within a highly regarded commercial litigation group handling complex, high-stakes disputes for sophisticated clients.

The position offers exposure to complex commercial litigation, class action defense, privacy and data protection disputes, and business torts, with an emphasis on technology-related matters. The successful candidate will take on a variety of high-level assignments, manage multiple matters simultaneously, and help oversee junior associates and professional staff in a collaborative environment.

3–5 years of significant litigation experience at a comparable law firm or equivalent setting
Strong background in complex commercial litigation and business torts
Experience with class actions and privacy litigation preferred
Interest or experience in privacy and technology litigation and class action defense
Ability to manage multiple high-level assignments while producing high-quality work product with excellent attention to detail
Experience overseeing junior associates and professional staff collaboratively
High level of academic achievement
Current admission to the California bar required
