A leading international law firm's Litigation & Enforcement practice is seeking an experienced mid-level litigation associate for its San Francisco office.

The role involves sophisticated work across all aspects of complex commercial and class action litigation, corporate governance and shareholder suits, deal-related litigation, and other complex disputes in state and federal jurisdictions. The associate will represent public corporations, financial services and investment management firms, and private equity clients.

This is a hands-on position with case management responsibility, drafting and preparation of litigation documents, legal research and writing, and mentoring of junior associates. Collaboration with partners and associates of varied seniorities is essential.

Four to six years of comparable complex commercial and class action litigation experience
Currently working at a large law firm
Proven ability to manage cases, handle complex litigation matters, draft litigation documents, conduct legal research and writing analysis, and mentor junior associates
Admission, in good standing, to practice in the State of California
Impressive academic credentials and strong writing, analytical, and verbal communication skills
Teamwork mentality and ability to collaborate across seniority levels
