IP Litigation Associate

An established intellectual property litigation group is seeking an associate to join its Northern California team. The role offers the opportunity to work on and manage patent and trade-secret litigation matters in a collaborative, high-caliber practice.

The associate will take an active role in all phases of complex IP disputes, including managing cases, and will have opportunities to mentor and teach more junior associates. Candidates should bring a strong track record of academic achievement and substantive law firm litigation experience.

• 3–7 years of experience working on and managing patent and trade-secret litigation matters
• Experience taking and defending depositions preferred
• Interest in mentoring and teaching junior associates
• High level of academic achievement
• Solid law firm experience
