Commercial Litigation Associate/Counsel

This Am Law 100 firm seeks a Commercial Litigation Associate or Counsel for its Los Angeles office. The role involves handling all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion drafting, and hearings, in both state and federal court.

Candidates must have six or more years of law firm experience, strong writing and analytical skills, and admission to the California Bar. Trial experience is a plus. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, takes initiative, and works well in a large, collaborative team.

• 6+ years of litigation experience at a law firm
• Experience in CA state court and federal court
• All phases of litigation: discovery, depositions, motion drafting, hearings
• Trial experience or trial preparation preferred
• Outstanding writing, research, and analytical skills
• Strong academic credentials from a Top 50 law school
• Admission to the California Bar required
• Highly motivated, with initiative and responsibility for client matters
• Interpersonal skills for collaboration in a large team
